Initiate Your Request
Contact our compassionate support team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Item
Carefully place the unused urn in its original protective fabric bag and secure it within the original padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
