Frequently Asked Questions
Finding the perfect memorial for your loved one.
How do I know what size urn I need?
The general rule of thumb is that 1 pound of body weight prior to cremation equals 1 cubic inch of ash. Most adult-sized urns have a capacity of 200 cubic inches.
Can your urns be used for airline travel?
Yes, we offer a selection of TSA-approved urns made from wood, plastic, or non-metal materials that can be easily x-rayed during airport security screenings.
Do you offer custom engraving services?
We offer professional laser engraving on many of our metal and wood urns. You can add names, dates, or a personal sentiment directly on the product page before checkout.
What is your return policy for memorial products?
Unused, non-personalized urns can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for sanitary reasons and respect, we cannot accept returns on urns that have already held ashes.
How are the urns packaged for shipping?
We use discreet, secure packaging with heavy-duty padding to ensure your memorial arrives in perfect condition. The outer box does not explicitly list the contents for your privacy.
Are your outdoor urns weather-resistant?
Our granite, marble, and specific composite resin urns are designed for durability in outdoor environments and columbarium niches, resisting fading and moisture damage.
